Biography
Prior to Lyptus, Suresh held pivotal roles in operations management and leadership. Notably, he played a key role in scaling operations and establishing global offices and Offshore Development Centres (ODCs) during his tenure at Tech Mahindra Cerium. He brings a robust background in setting up offices at tier 2 locations and implementing operational strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. His career commenced over two decades ago at the Centre for Good Governance, evolving from a System Designer to a Senior Solution Architect at Publicis Sapient, and eventually to senior leadership role at Tech Mahindra Cerium.
Suresh brings a wealth of expertise in implementing operational strategies, establishing performance metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing financial planning and internal controls. His leadership has been instrumental in driving operational efficiency and optimizing organizational performance. He is recognized for his proactive approach to problem-solving and capacity to streamline operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Suresh holds a postgraduate degree, M.Sc. in Information Systems, from Andhra University, underscoring his strong academic foundation in technology and management. He along with his wife and two children are based out of Bangalore.
