Seshachalam, fondly known as Seshu, is the Co-Founder of Lyptus Technologies. With over 22 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Seshu is a technology enthusiast with a strong background in physical design. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation.
Biography
Seshu brings over two decades of experience in chip design and has completed multiple system-on-chips (SoCs). He has proven success leading teams for various client projects. He is experienced leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic solutions.
Prior to co-founding Lyptus, Seshachalam worked for companies including LSI and AMD, gaining valuable experience over his 20+ year career. Before Lyptus, he was part of the founding team of SiConTech, established in 2010. SiConTech was later acquired by Altran in 2015 and then Capgemini in 2019.
At SiConTech and later Altran/Capgemini, Seshachalam played a key role growing the physical design team from scratch and completing multiple turnkey solutions globally. As Senior Director at Altran/Capgemini, he led a large offshore center and helped build high-performing teams for diverse clients. Seshachalam received several customer accolades for his breadth of technical knowledge and strong execution ability to balance technical and business priorities.
Seshachalam holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Science with specialization in electronics design. He is dedicated to nurturing the technical and professional growth of young engineers.
