Eshwar, the co-founder of Lyptus Technologies, has over 25+ years of front end design verification experience. Over the years Eshwar has worked at various roles from an individual contributor all the way up to running a medium sized business unit of 300+ engineers. He has worked with successful start-up product organizations, multinational digital communication conglomerates, as well as in the digital service industry.
Biography
Prior to co-founding Lyptus Technologies, Eshwar handled the Engineering Delivery at Tech Mahindra Cerium for numerous front end Design Verification projects for various Tier-1 and Tier-2 clients in the semiconductor industry. He delivered more than 50 projects, small -> medium -> big IP’s and SoC’s while managing a team strength of 300+ engineers. Apart from the Engineering
Delivery role, he has handled critical Testbench Architecture and verification planning for more than a dozen IP’s, few SoC’s over the span of last many years
Eshwar has extensive experience in Networking and various communication protocols. He has worked on 20+ multi-million-gate chips in his career of 24+ years so far, 14 of them are already in Silicon (and first pass). He has also worked on numerous IP verifications; Silicon bring up in the lab etc. He has extensive knowledge and hands on work experience of Layer 1 to Layer 4 Networking Protocol, high speed bus protocols, SerDes, Memory Controllers etc. He has rich experience in Technical Management and SoC validation. Throughout the years he has built numerous teams and has customer centric and time bound project execution approach.
